Do you sell to the public?
We do not, we are a business-to-business distributor providing hobby products to Local Game Stores. If you’d like to see the products we offer in your LGS, feel free to tell them to get in touch!
Why are there no prices?
Product costs are only shown to logged-in customers, please log in and return to the product page. If you are having trouble logging in, please contact your rep.
How do I open an account?
Local Game Stores can set up an account with us by filling out their details on the Application Request page. If everything is in order an account will be set up within 1-2 business days.
What payments do you accept?
We accept all major forms of payment through our website, we can also arrange E-Transfer payments, please speak to your rep if required.
ORDERS & SHIPPING
How can I place an order?
You can place an order through this website, it features live inventory tracking and is the fastest and easiest way to purchase, you can also order via phone or email if you prefer.
How long does it take to ship an order?
We endeavor to fulfill all orders placed before NoonEST same day. All orders are shipped with Loomis Express.
What is the procedure for returning an item?
As we distribute for multiple publishers, companies and products, no one returns policy covers them all. If you have received a faulty or damaged product, please report it to your rep within 24 hours. All returns must be pre-authorized with an issued RMA number.

Why don’t you sell this/that product?
We are always looking for new and exciting items to stock within the hobby & gaming vertical. If there is a particular line or company that you feel would be a good fit for us or you believe to be underserved in Canada, please let us know!
Last time, this product was more/less expensive, how come?
We specialize in bringing the best historical and fantasy miniatures to Canada from across the globe, with a majority of our lines coming from Europe. While we exclusively ship products directly to Canada from the rest of the world, we are often invoiced in US Dollars. So, the volatile nature of the exchange rate and variable shipping costs can adjust the baseline of a product's price. We do our best to absorb as much of this variance as possible, but you may occasionally see a slight adjustment in price between orders.
My shipment arrived in shipping packaging branded with a different company/brand, why?
Here at Hobby Ridge Distribution, we do everything in our power to make as little environmental impact as possible and keep our costs down to pass these savings on to you. Recycling shipping boxes is just one of the ways we do this.
